At Dina Khattab Jewelry, every piece is handled with care to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.
Processing & Shipping Times
• In-Stock Pieces: Orders for items currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
• Pre-Orders: For pieces on a pre-order basis, shipping will be completed within 2 weeks from the order date.
• Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the processing timeframe.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen courier service. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Additional Notes
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together once the pre-order piece is ready, unless arranged otherwise.
